Do I need to integrate with my PMS?
No. DeepBench reads every public touchpoint — phone, booking engine, Google, email, chatbot. For hotels that want closed-loop attribution reporting, we offer the Attribution Module, which works via weekly CSV. No PMS API. No IT review.
Does DeepBench place calls to my front desk?
No. DeepBench is not a mystery-shopping or AI-calling service. We ingest the call recordings your PBX already stores — Mitel, Avaya, 8x8, RingCentral, Opera Cloud voice, and similar. Every real reservation and front-desk call gets scored continuously. 100% coverage, no synthetic calls.
Which phone systems do you support?
Any modern hospitality PBX with call-recording enabled. We've wired up Mitel, Avaya, Cisco, 8x8, RingCentral, Dialpad, and Opera Cloud voice. Legacy PBX on-prem systems work via SFTP drop or SIPREC. If you're not sure about yours, email hello@deepbench.io and we'll confirm within a business day.
What about call-recording laws?
Because we analyze recordings your PBX already captures, recording consent sits inside your existing phone system — not ours. We provide tested disclosure-script templates for the 10 two-party-consent states (CA, FL, IL, MA, MD, MT, NH, NV, PA, WA) and per-line opt-in flags in the dashboard. Can I run this as a brand-flagged property?
Yes. Because DeepBench requires no PMS, CRS, or brand-IT integration, no brand IT review is triggered. We also ship brand-standard compliance rubrics at the Intelligence and Enterprise tiers — Hilton, Marriott, IHG, Hyatt, Choice, Wyndham, and more pre-loaded.
How do I know it's working?
Every property gets a Revenue Opportunity Score (ROS) that trends weekly. You can watch it compound in the dashboard from day one. Enterprise deployments include a quarterly business review; smaller properties can request a walkthrough any time by reaching out.
Can I downgrade or cancel?
